I am a Chef, Francophile and Flight Attendant. Food and travel are the things I love most, and I just can’t get enough of either. If you like email me at ecooks56@gmail(dot)com.
I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, but other than dabbling in catering, teaching and being a personal chef, I never really pursued my chosen career. I was enjoying life as a flight attendant, always globe trotting. After September 11, when the job began a slow decline into hell, I thought it was high time I began cooking for a living. I started an Interactive Dinner Party Business and began teaching basic cooking principals at the local adult ed program. The more involved I became, the more opportunities fell into my lap. I was able to begin a French Lifestyle, Culture and Cooking Adventure with Lynn at Jardins des Thevenets. I recently began studying chocolate and candy making. Who knows where it will lead, but I am ready for adventure!
